Description: 

Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board (HPEDSB) is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for the comprehensive replacement of the existing septic system at Birds Creek Public School. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to:
● Removal and replacement of all septic tanks, asphalt and/or hard packed surfaces, and associated electrical and controls.
● Complete installation of a new leaching bed as per the provided designs. Including the possible removal of impacted soils from the existing leaching bed.
● Complete installation of new fencing to surround the septic equipment as per the provided drawings.
● All required electrical work and connection to building automation to support the new system.
Contractors must ensure all work is completed in accordance with the engineered drawings, provincial building codes, and HPEDSB specifications.
